GOOD: we never use automated responses. We give every email proper consideration and we promise to reply to every enquiry. Our people are nice and genuinely want to help you.
BAD: people have annoying habits like eating, sleeping and wanting to see their families. In this respect machines are better, but on balance we think you’d rather deal with human beings and will therefore understand that our UK-based support team work from around 8.30 am to 5.30 pm London-time Monday to Friday and don’t tend to reply to enquiries outside of office hours.
